What you can do

Book orders on your courierConfirm new Cash on Delivery orders and book them on TCS in one tap. The tracking number goes back to Shopify.
Follow every parcelSee what is delivered, returned or stuck, by city and by day, and call customers about parcels that need attention.
Sales and profitSales by channel, product and day, with product cost, delivery, courier fees and ad spend taken out, so you see what you really keep.
Ad spend from your own accountsConnect your own Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad account, and soon TikTok and Google, with read-only access. Spend and campaign results fill in by themselves.
Stock and packagingTrack the parts you pack with, what is left and what you can still send out.
Abandoned carts and fake ordersFollow up people who left checkout, and block devices that place fake orders.

How it works

  1. Enter your store address and install Merchixo from Shopify.
  2. Connect your courier account and your sender details.
  3. Optionally connect your ad accounts. We only read spend and results. We never change your ads.
  4. Use the dashboard on your phone or computer.

Your data

Each store's data is kept separate from every other store's. Courier logins and ad-platform tokens are stored encrypted. We do not sell data. Uninstalling Merchixo deletes what we saved for your store. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
