By installing or using Merchixo you agree to these terms.
Merchixo is a dashboard that reads your Shopify store data, books parcels with the courier account you connect, and shows reports. It may also read ad spend from ad accounts you connect (Meta, and later TikTok and Google), read-only.
You are responsible for the store, courier and ad accounts you connect and for what you do with them. You confirm you are allowed to connect them. We act only when you press a button, for example booking a parcel. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Do not use Merchixo to break the law, to break the rules of Shopify, your courier or any ad platform, or to attempt to access another merchant's data.
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided as is and may change or be interrupted. Reports depend on data from Shopify, couriers and ad platforms, which can be late or incomplete, so check important figures against the source.
To the extent the law allows, Merchixo is not liable for lost profit or indirect loss arising from use of the service.
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app, which deletes your saved data. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
