Merchixo is a dashboard that helps online store owners in Pakistan manage their Shopify orders, courier bookings, stock, reports and profit. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Store data from Shopify: orders, products, stock levels and fulfilments of the store that installed the app. Orders stay in Shopify; we read them to show reports and to book parcels.
• Courier details you enter (for example TCS login details and sender address), stored encrypted and used only for your store.
• WhatsApp Business details you enter (phone number ID and access token), stored encrypted.
• Advertising data, only if you connect an ad account (Meta, TikTok or Google): the ad account name and ID, and read-only spend and campaign results (spend, impressions, clicks, purchases). We do not create, edit or pause ads and we do not read your Facebook or Instagram posts, messages or friends.
• Settings you choose, such as product costs and stock parts.

How we use it

Only to show you your own dashboard, reports and profit, and to perform actions you ask for (such as booking a parcel). We do not sell your data, do not show it to other merchants, and do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

Data is sent only to the services you connect (Shopify, your courier, WhatsApp, and your ad platforms) and to our hosting and database providers, which store it for us. Each merchant's data is kept separate from every other merchant's.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while the app is installed. Uninstalling the app from Shopify deletes your saved settings, logins and connections. You can disconnect an ad account at any time, and you can ask us to delete anything else by emailing support@merchixo.com. Requests made through Facebook are handled at /data-deletion.

Security

Courier and WhatsApp credentials and ad platform tokens are encrypted at rest, and all traffic uses HTTPS.
